Professional Supervision in Wellington and Wairarapa
At the first session we talk about the process in more detail and discuss your needs and goals for supervision. This then leads to setting up a ‘contract’ in which we cover practical details such as the times and frequency of meetings (typically monthly), payment etc, as well as defining processes for evaluation and feedback, and expectations around confidentiality. Typically we then agree to meet on a monthly basis.
My fee is $200 + GST per hour, although this can be adjusted on a sliding scale for those on lower incomes or whose employers will not reimburse at that level.
